Terms & Conditions


Payment

It is currently possible to pay with the following services:

  • Paypal
  • iDEAL (via Paypal)
  • Sofort (via Paypal)
  • Creditcard
  • ApplePay (coming)

Term of payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchasing the product / service.


Delivery

Digital products are currently available worldwide. They are immediately available via a personal download link after a completed payment. Download links are sent to the email provided by the customer. Number of downloads are limited to 5 per customer.


Merchandise is also available worldwide. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, most merchandise printing and fulfillment are done on-demand, right when the order is placed. Once the product is ready to be shipped, it can take up to 20 business days for the item to arrive depending on your location and the specific product that you ordered. You will receive confirmation emails after the order is completed. These emails will provide you with tracking information. Though, tracking info quality may differ based on the local carrier's ability to provide this data. Our fulfillment partners have multiple locations worldwide and the facility is chosen to provide the fastest fulfillment and shipping times to you.

 

For ready-to-ship merchandise and products it takes 1-3 business to process the order before it goed out for shipment.


Delivery time

For each product, the product page will state how long the delivery period is. This can strongly vary between digital, physical ready-made,  physical custom products, and merchandise.

A maximum production period is indicated for the production of other physical products. If there is a delay in this, it will be communicated to you in time via your registered e-mail.

 

An estimate can only be given for the shipping time, because Yarnstructions has no influence on the parcel delivery. If there is a delay during shipping, you can view this yourself using the track & trace code.

 

Reflection period

A legal reflection period of 14 days applies to both physical and digital products.

 

This also applies to physical products if the packaging has been opened by you.

 

The following applies to digital products. Once you have started the download, you agree to waive the reflection period. You can no longer request a return for this product. Before downloading, please check whether you have bought the right product.

 

The reflection period starts from the moment you have received the physical product or the digital product is available for download in your customer account.

 

For an order that is delivered in several parts, the reflection period starts from the moment the last product is received.

Guarantee

A warranty period of 6 months applies to all products.

 

Shipping costs are not returned.

 

With physical products you can choose one of the following options:

  1. A replacement product of equal value (this option applies to both ready-made and custom products, but not to merchandise).
  2. Refund of the purchase amount (this option only applies to ready-made products).

Returns

Shipping costs are not returned.

 

You must return the product in decent (preferably original) packaging. The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by the customer.

 

After the return has been received by Yarnstructions you will receive the purchase amount back. Or production starts and / or shipping of the replacement product.

 

Replacement products will be sent to the customer without charging shipping costs, unless they are higher than the original shipping costs due to weight gain and / or larger dimensions.

For merchandise other rules apply. If the product was printed on demand each product is custom printed at the time of the order. Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange or return these custom-ordered merchandise. However, merchandise which is ready-to-ship (this will be stated on the product page) may be returned adhering to the beforement rules.

 

Customer data

Personal data is only used for processing and provides information about the purchase, shipping, and returns. This data is not shared with third parties.

Complaints

Do you have any complaints or questions about your received product and / or service? Then you can contact us via the contact form or via [email protected]. Please state your order number / customer number / invoice number so that you can be helped as quickly as possible. Normally you can expect a response within 14 working days.
